Blueberries!
We have 3000 blueberry bushes. 10 varieties. Ripe berries are available from about mid July - end of August. Find us at the PT Farmers Market.
How to get SJF blueberries:
Visit us at the PT Farmers Market: Saturdays 9-2pm and Wednesdays 3-6pm
Find our berries at local grocers: Chimacum Corner Farmstead, PT Food Co-op, Nordland General Store
Pre-order by the flat (12 pints, ~10 pounds $80) via email: janet@stellarjfarm.com
We offer U-Pick through a membership model we call the Berry Club. To join, sign up by July 20th**
We may also from time-to-time open for non-Berry Club picking if the yield merits additional picking! Fill out the form at the bottom of the page to receive updates about possible picking opportunities or other berry-related news.
What is the Berry Club: Berry Club Members get the opportunity to pick blueberries to their hearts’ content at Stellar J Farm throughout the season: typically July 25-Sept 5.
How Berry Club works:
Pay the annual Membership fee** which covers a family or household (defined as you see fit for your life scenario, remembering that we are a small, local business not equivalent to a mega-corporate company trying to get your streaming subscriptions, etc)
Read the weekly email updates with guidelines, hours & field conditions
Come to the farm during the open hours (you can also bring a guest with you)
Pick in the designated areas within our 3-acre field
Weigh your harvest, pay & record it in the picking log at our self-serve, honor-system station. Blueberries are $4.25/pound for club members.
Enjoy the magnificent berries now & into the winter!!!🫐💙

Yearly membership for a “family” / household: $30
Returning members: $25 (even if it’s been a few years!)
Berry Club Membership is included in our CSA!

Additional Considerations:
The berry field is down a hill and about a ¼ mile trek from the parking lot. We unfortunately cannot offer alternative access for those unable to make the walk.
No dogs, no smoking on the farm, keep your kids picking with you in the field
We farm amidst a rural neighborhood. You MUST drive SO SLOWLY on our dusty dirt road--especially past our neighbors' homes, and we thank you in advance for being respectful of the space!
